Thank you Valeriya for a wonderful day! I loved the walk - it was so amazing. My friends, colleagues and clients ask me what the highlight of my trip was and I feel walking in the wilderness of Switzerland was there. Having a cup of tea and a croissant at the abandoned cheese factory looking out to the view across the lake as the clouds changed was amazing. Thank you and I wish you well.

Truly one of a kind experience that I thoroughly enjoyed! And Valeriya’s puppy, Baloo, is the most adorable and well-behaved dog that I’ve seen. He made the whole experience 100x more incredible. Valeriya herself is wonderful too of course — you can tell how passionate she is about nature. You enjoy Switzerland’s outdoors from the perspective of someone who is always seeking out the most beautiful places and atmospheres. Bonus is that she will take your photographs with a DSR camera which she will beautifully color correct and email you afterwards. But do not be mistaken, this is not a photo walk, the hiking is moderately strenuous, so come prepared to hike. The gorges in Gruyères, the authentic fondue in the mountains, Gruyères castle, and Lavaux vineyards were all so beautiful. The tour ends wonderfully with a wine tasting session. Who knew that the wine making of the Swiss is so diverse? I had a fantastic day, great value, and unique experience!

You are truly in unique and hidden spots...
If you are considering this but aren’t sure, do it! You think you can recreate this on your own but doubtful! Some of the places she takes you, you aren’t sure if it’s a path or someone’s private property. You are truly in unique and hidden spots. I’ve been in a lot of caves and this cave was unique at points that made it worth experiencing. To get such diverse experiences in one day: uniquely different waterfalls and hiking trails, farm animals, small community interactions, caves, pictures of yourself on excursion, time to enjoy each spot versus rushing past. Truly amazing experience!! You won’t regret it!

Anyone with average fitness level can do it...
We were a family of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our walk with Valerya and her beautiful dog Baloo. The location was stunning. Our host was very responsive and helpful by messages. She brought all the equipment, and tools photos and sent them to us afterwards. Great conversation. Anyone with average fitness level can do it. We wore our ski gear and felt warm and safe all the time. Thank you very much for enriching our time in Geneva.

If I get to visit Geneva again I’d do this for the 2nd time...
The experience is beyond my expectation. Valeriya has been very helpful with my queries and questions even before I made my booking especially when I had problems with my account and payment. On the day we hiked, Valeriya greeted me warmly and introduced me to Baloo who later turned to be the star of this experience haha! Baloo was very friendly, gentle and cute! Along with the company of Baloo, I’m sure this is something that I will tell my family in Indonesia. Valeriya also took some amazing pictures of us with Baloo and sent it to us later that day and I’m so amazed with all the results. She’s also very informative about the city and recommended one place to try Cheese Fondue. I’m more than grateful to have found this experience and I’d really recommend this experience with Valeriya and Baloo for those who loves animal and nature. The duration was perfect and the level of hike was very suitable for beginners. Totally worth the money. If I get to visit Geneva again I’d do this for the 2nd time.

Felt like hiking with friends...
I'm really glad I booked the experience with Valeria! The landscapes were amazing and she took some really nice pictures of us. We were three people in total and it felt like hiking with friends, not at all like something touristic. Her dog was really cute and the restaurant we stayed in served very nice cheese Fondue. The highlight was a glass of wine on top of the vineyards in Lavaux while the sun sets over the lake, which made for a breathtaking view. I can really recommend this experience for everyone in love with nature, hiking and the beautiful landscape of Switzerland.
