General Terms & Conditions

 

1. Services

 

Valeria Excoffier provides guided mountain tours and related services. The details of each tour (duration, level of difficulty, price, included/excluded services) are described on the website or agreed upon individually.

 

2. Booking & Payment

 

Bookings can be made through the website or directly via email. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted: [Twint, Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].

 

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 • 1-day tours: cancellations up to 7 days before the tour → full refund.
 • 2-day tours: cancellations up to 14 days before the tour → full refund.
(You may also extend this to 21 days if required.)

 • Later cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

 • If the tour is cancelled by the guide (e.g. due to weather or safety reasons), the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

5. Safety & Liability

 

Participation in mountain tours involves risks. Clients must ensure they are physically fit and have appropriate equipment. Valeria Excoffier is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property, except in cases of gross negligence. Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage (accident, travel, health).

 

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
